A new generation of consoles is arriving, which means that we will see lots of games announced for them. For example, a lot of companies announced games for PS5 to give you an idea of what the next generation will have in store for you. So let’s talk about some of these announcements so we have PS5 games to look forward with or after the release of the console next month.
GODFALL For PS5
The PS5 will show off its new engine with a game called GODFALL. GODFALL is an action game that will allow you to control armored warriors that wield powerful weapons and unleash combos on enemies. It will take place in a fantasy setting and it could grow to be a powerful new IP for the PS5. It’s schedules to release on November 12.
Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales For PS5
After the success of Marvel’s Spider-Man on PS4, it makes sense that they would release a sequel. In this one, you take on the role of Miles Morales and use your powers to fight crime. You’ll be able to use Miles’ electric powers along with some web-based attacks. It will come out during the holiday season at the end of 2020.
Final Fantasy XVI For PS5
Final Fantasy XVI will take the formula from the last game and expand on it by having fast-paced combat in an action RPG. The story looks like it will center around a boy named Joshua and a pm ower hidden within him. Keep in mind that it doesn’t have a release date yet, but it’s looking to be a promising addition to the series.
God of War Ragnarok For PS5 Exclusively
God of War was an excellent game on the PS4, so it’s natural that we would see a sequel to the game. God of War Ragnarok will have Kratos return as we continue through his journey, though we don’t have specific details as of yet. While the game doesn’t have a release date, it’s scheduled to come out in 2021.
Resident Evil 8: Village For PS5
The long running horror series will release the next entry on PS5. Resident Evil 8: Village seems to follow the same approach as the seventh game by having you travel in first person. This game takes place in a village and it centers around werewolves and other creatures. The game is scheduled to come out in 2021.

These five games will bring some nice variety to the PS5, so many gamers will have different options to find something that they will enjoy. When you consider the breathtaking graphics and the scale of these games, the PS5 stands out as a great step in the right direction for gaming.
