Sony’s week long event outlined their new console prices, with the PlayStation 5 Console at $499 and the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Console for $399, with a pre-order that did not happen in the time scheduled outlined by Sony.
November 12th is the set release date for the PS5. PlayStation 5 is sold out everywhere, including Best buy, Walmart, GameStop and Amazon.
There has been talk about another shipment by Sony but still has not been any confirmation before Black Friday or the end of the year as they have said on Twitter.
Sony’s PS5 Pre-Order Update
According to Sony’s Official Twitter account:
Let’s be honest: PS5 preorders could have been a lot smoother. We truly apologize for that.
Over the next few days, we will release more PS5 consoles for preorder – retailers will share more details.
And more PS5s will be available through the end of the year.
